No new images this week so I thought i'd go back and publish some from earlier in the year. In my previous postings from Cyprus I mentioned the river at Potomos where I took some images of Swallows. In this set I have included two images of the river, in the second you can see the house that belongs to my uncle and despite it needing some repair it is set in a wonderful position and very close to the river. The third and fourth images are of a bird that I have struggled to identify so if anyone knows what it is please let me know. I have looked at my bird books and think it is a Pectoral Sandpiper but I may be wrong.
We love Cyprus,so much to see,by the look of things you had a great time.

Lovely photos. Just to let you know that your mystery bird is a common sandpiper.
