More Waxwings






















































I had another opportunity to take some more photos of some Waxwings that have frequented the Muswell Hill area last week. These images were taken out of the car window as these birds were quite flighty and seemed quite nervous. I later found out why as I saw a Sparrowhawk take one from a tree and fly off. There still seems to be many around in North London and their appearance here has certainly brightened up a drab,grey and dull January 2011 weatherwise.
