Red Backed Strike




I took these images of a Red backed Strike at Achna dam in Cyprus in October during my visit. These birds are fairly common in Cyprus on migration during September and October but can be difficult to get close to. This bird was no exception and these images were taken at quite a distance on a grey day, but I was happy to get these pictures.
