Red Kites captured from Watlington Hill
I went to Oxfordshire this morning to take advantage of the lovely weather to get some new images and hopefully get some images of Roe deer and Red Kites. I saw some Roe deer but they were deep in undergrowth and difficult to capture. The Red Kites were slightly easier. I was there at 7.45 am and hoped to capture some images before the sun got too high however as with previous visits it seems that these kites do not like to get going until 10am. As it was I had a good wait and by the time they got airborne the sun was very strong in the sky making conditions tricky. These are some of the best and my next post will contain more images of these Kites taking part in some serious play fighting.
