Squatto Heron

On the last day of my recent holiday to Cyprus in October I went for a walk around Achna dam . I saw a Little Bittern which I had never seen before but was too slow to capture an image. I saw a Purple Heron which I managed to grab a couple of images of and this Squatto Heron which I had never seen previously. I was lucky that it perched in the branches of this tree allowing me to get quite close and take these images.
