Glossy Ibis

I took these images of a Glossy Ibis near Paphos airport in Cyprus. One of the Cyprus bird guides suggested this was a good spot to find migrating birds and having got there early on route to a long drive into the Troodos mountains I saw this bird in a field close to a farm. I managed to get quite close using the car as cover to get these images. There was also a roosting Marsh harrier which took off and flew very close to the car. Unfortunately I was driving and not quick enough to capture any images but was quite happy with this Glossy Ibis.
